Globtrain is an agency specialized in hosting services for a successful implementation of EU-funded Erasmus+ Mobility Projects in Berlin and surrounding areas.
We support European sending institutions, schools and Vocational Training centres in the organisation of their projects and take very good care of the participants coming to Berlin by providing them with suitable accommodation solutions and internship placements.
Our agency offers services in line with the needs of the sending organisations, the goals of the mobility projects, as well as the education background and professional aspirations of the participants taking part to Erasmus+ programmes.
Globtrain has well-established partnerships with local public institutions, language schools, chambers of commerce, companies and start-ups in business sectors as diverse as tourism, Digital Media, marketing, architecture, design, fashion, food and beverage, law and more.
Thanks to the consolidated experience of Globtrain, more than 1000 participants from Italy, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Portugal, etc.. have successfully completed highly formative internships in Berlin since our opening in 2011.

SUPPORT FOR YOUTH MOBILITY
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Globtrain and its experienced staff will be able to:
Ensure the most suitable internship and training placements in accordance with the participants’ educational background, professional curricula and project goals;
Facilitate communication between the participants and the hosting organisations interested in offering internship positions;
Find centrally located and fully furnished accommodations
Where the participants are hosted throughout their stay.
STUDY VISITS AND JOB SHADOWING WITH ERASMUS+
Globtrain organises in Berlin guided visits to organizations, companies, institutions and job-shadowing activities for teachers and trainers in their professional sectors.
Collect the participant at the airport and accompany them to their accommodation;
Provide a Welcome-Kit that includes basic information on the city and tips on the best solutions to local transport;
Book intensive language courses, 5 different levels, 20 hours/week or tailor-made language courses focusing on a specific field;
Organise regular informal get-togethers with the participants to socialise, share experiences and monitor the internship;
Prepare final report and certificates (Europass mobility, school attendance, etc.);
Ensure continuous support and assistance to the participants throughout their Erasmus project in Berlin.
